Feedback From Our Fans

“Very kind service, small & clean interior, and beautiful pastries! The icing on these cupcakes is the BEST I have ever had, no exaggeration. It is not sweet at all and just a perfect topping. After trying the cupcakes, we knew everything else would be fantastic. Favorite was the Banana Split as it's so unique--but there were no misses here. I WILL definitely be taking a day trip here and there just to get some of these, and will keep in mind for cakes needs! 100/10!!.”

“Everyone! Stop what you're doing now. If you are anywhere in SoCal you need to drive to Sister My Sister Bake Shop. The Pumpkin Cheesecake is worth the drive and honestly selling your soul for. I had to stop and get re aquatinted with my taste buds and understand what true bliss was. For real! Don't miss this incredible business. Damn.”
Ryan R.Highland, CA
“We came to Big Bear to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. Ordered a cake about 3 weeks in advance. Customer service was spot on, and the order process was easy. We ordered a lemon cake with raspberry filling and fresh flowers. The cake was stunning and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this cute, local bakery.”
Shelleena F.Chino Hills, CA
"Exactly what we were looking for! Quaint homey feeling and fresh! You can smell the baking goodness when you walk in and the portions are generous. Hard to find places like this that you want to take your kids to other than Starbucks! I appreciate your business😊"

"We've gotten cakes from Sister My Sister twice now. We're from Arizona but have been vacationing in Big Bear every year for the last three years. Last year we picked up an Oreo cake for my birthday and it was so good! This year we were in Big Bear for our 18th wedding anniversary. We were able to get a Strawberry Champagne cake and it was so, so good!!! I didn't get a better picture of our anniversary cake before our 3 year old got into it. Haha!"

Lucy and Liz, we were sooo blessed to have had your pastries at our vow renewal. Everyone raved about the flavorsome cupcakes, cookies and tarts. From the presentation, to the after taste, thank you. I am so glad that Laurie, over at Apples Bed and Breakfast recommended you girl's. Many blessings and overflow over your establishment

"Amazing little bakery! Everything we got was delicious. I am a bakery snob and the snickerdoodle cupcake might be the best cupcake I've ever had. The staff was also super friendly and answered all our questions."

"One of the best small bakeries I've ever been to. Great selection to choose from. We loved it so much we went back to back days. Don't miss stopping in!"

"We love and Highly recommend sister my sister and Lucy is amazing with her skill in creating the perfect cake for every occasion. She's created my daughters 16th Birthday cake, 18th Birthday cake, and Graduation cake... plus numerous others. Recently, we had a celebration of life for my father. Knowing Lucy and her skill I said "make it beautiful, you always do and I trust you." Wow, this was a beautiful tribute and she truly does fabulous work. Thank you so much Lucy. it was loved by all"
